A beaded tulle couture wedding dress in delicate shades of pale gold and antique silver. It evokes the elegant glamour of those 1930s silver-screen sirens.
The Hesperides are the nymphs of the evening and that golden light of sundown, which photographers love so much. One of the three ‘Daughters of the Evening’ is Hesperethusa (‘sunset glow’), so it seemed an apt name for this new design. A delicate beaded tulle couture wedding dress in antique-gold and silver tones, which is worn over a sinuous under dress of pale golden silk satin.
A silvery tassel keeps the dress peplum hanging true.
The dress closes at centre back with tiny Swarovski crystal buttons, which add an extra detail to the rear view.
The beaded tulle over dress is completely separate from the bias cut silk satin under dress, so could be worn over a different coloured slip for another look. We chose a pale gold, but you could wear it over a cooler platinum tone, or a coppery rose shade.
